Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental wellbeing. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear peaceful mind.

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing and bring along a drink bottle and Yoga mat if you have one, we'll have some spares on the day.
